We perform cutting,
excavation, shaping, and pulling out roots of high slopes, demolition of

Anchors with

expected collapse line, and firmly fixed to the excavator with wire ropes.
This machine can
be used for quick and safe construction instead of high place work with
conventional excavators or manual labor.
At sites where
there is a risk of disasters such as rock falls or collapses, work can be
carried out safely by remote control using a radio controller.

The scaffoldless
drilling machine and anchors installed at the top of the slope behind the
estimated collapse line are securely fixed by wire ropes, and drilling is
performed at any position on the slope.

Drilling work can be performed safely and efficiently without scaffolding on high slopes, steep slopes, dam construction sites.
This eliminates
the need to assemble and remove temporary scaffolding, greatly shortening the
construction period and saving labor.

In civil engineering
work, we use heavy equipment developed by our company to perform work such as
cutting, collapsing, and pulling out of high places, peeling off existing
mortar, and peeling off shotcrete.
This heavy
equipment replaces the boom of a conventional backhoe with a telescopic boom
and attaches a bucket to the end of the boom.

By expansion and
contraction the boom and rotating the bucket, it is possible to shovel off soil
and sand from high places that cannot be reached by conventional methods.
By attaching the
breaker attachment, the machine can also be used for demolishing existing
mortar, shotcrete, demolishing slabs, and excavating soft rock.

The concrete wall cutting machine is installed as an attachment to the
rock climbing machine (RCM), which was originally developed by our company
for excavating slopes at high elevations
Climbing up the concrete
slope of the dam embankment, the surface can be efficiently chipping by
20~30cm..

In the case of
tunnel walls, this cutting machine can be attached to a backhoe with additional
circuits to perform chipping for tunnel repair work.
The hydraulic
system reduces dust and noise generation.
